Why make the inside of the strap white?? Ruins the black bag!!

I so looked forward to receiving this black bag, until I opened it and realized the inside of the strap is white?!?! Why? So if the strap is not laying perfectly flat and is at all twisted when you put it on the white is showing. Looks horrible. The inside of the strap should also be black! Went cheap using 1 sided black fabric....ruined an otherwise nice bag.

This is my third one purchased. I always have one with me just in case. They are the best!

I don’t think you want to post this. Check your records. I haven’t received yet. I contacted you on 12/12 to let you know that you still had the package. It magically left your address the next day. Still waiting. USPS is not at fault. Sadly you are. Your communication was unwelcome in that you suggested that I check with USPS whereas if YOU had checked yourself you would have seen that the package was still lingering with you.
Cannot review something I don’t have. Sad.

We’re sorry for the frustration this delay has caused. To clarify the timeline, we did contact USPS last week regarding lack of updates, and that inquiry is what prompted the package to begin moving again, as your package was not the only one affected. At this time, USPS is showing the order as out for delivery.

Once a package is in USPS possession, we’re limited to working through them for updates and movement, which is why we suggested checking with USPS as well. That said, we understand how disappointing it is to be waiting longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your patience.
