LoveBags takes pride in the products we make and aims to provide bags that will be around for a long, long time. If your bag fails you in any way, we will make it right.

What is Covered

• Any manufacturing error, such as a strap or seam that was badly sewn.
• Breakage that occurred when the product was being used as intended and without excessive force.
• If you did not purchase your product directly through Love Bags but through one of our authorized retailers, it is still covered by our warranty. However, we will need to know which retailer and confirm they are an authorized retailer of Love Bags.

What is Not Covered

While we are happy to warranty our products for manufacturing errors or breaks, our warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear beyond 5 years. Wear and tear refers to damage inflicted on the product through forces that have nothing to do with the manufacturer. It is reasonable to expect that cloth products wear down over time and with usage. That said, we want to help your bag last as long as possible! Read our tags on the proper cleaning and care of our products. Our policy also does not cover fading, mold, mildew or chemical damage.

Customer must provide a photo of the damaged item in order to receive a replacement. Only one replacement per item purchased.

If your item is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar style in an available print.
