I have a lot of bags but this is my favorite, always in my handbag.
I love LOVE bags and ordered two for my granddaughter on Dec. 1 for a Christmas present.. Once I submitted my order I realized that it was going to be sent to my sister's address in Maine instead of to me in California. I emailed the company and they told me they couldn't change that order, so I decided to order two more and made sure it was coming to my address and would let the first two go to my sister for a Christmas present. The first order was placed on Dec. 1 and the second order was placed about a week later. I received the second order in plenty of time for Christmas and noticed that the first order still hadn't even shipped yet! I emailed them again and they said they didn't know where to send it! Long story short, my sister JUST TODAY received the bags...December 30th!! It took an entire month for them to get to her. Too late for Christmas! Very disappointing because I LOVE my LOVE bags which I have had for several years and they still look brand new after several washings!
