Shipping Policy

Most orders placed on ship from Huntington Beach, CA within 2 business days of your order date. Orders placed on a business day before 10:00 am PST usually go out the same day.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information for your package.

Depending on where you live in the US, your package should arrive within 3-10 days of the date it was shipped.  We do not guarantee shipping estimates, as these are based on the efficiency of the USPS.  We do not refund shipping if your package arrives later than you expected.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Due to shipping carrier delays, we are encouraging customers to place orders early this year to get gifts in time.

International Shipping

We apologize, but at this time, we do not offer international shipping.  Check back for updates as we plan to change this soon!


Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on still.

Returns for store purchases:

If you bought your LOVE Bag in a store, please return it to the store. Their return policy will apply.
Returns for items bought online:

At this time, we do not offer free returns.  All return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer, unless an item is damaged or the wrong product was sent. In such a case, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.  We do not pay for shipping on returns of items that are too small or too large.  All dimensions are accurately stated with the product listing.  

We sometimes receive return requests from customers stating that the item was not as advertised, often due to the bag being smaller than shown.  We assure you that all Love Bags photos are taken with actual bags, usually on medium-sized models.  Before you return your bag, please try it out by putting some bulky items inside.  We think you will find that it holds much more than it looks like it does.  In addition, some think that the bag seems too flimsy.  Our Stash Its and Crossbody Stash Its are intentionally lightweight so that they are portable and can be stuffed into their pouches.  Despite the lightweight fabric, they are exceptionally durable and typically can hold up to 30-35 pounds.  If you are still unhappy with your purchase, you can proceed at follows:

Returns are simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Box up your items with the original packaging if possible. Remove any existing labels.  Include the original packing slip with a note on why you are returning the item(s).  If you don't have the packing slip, please provide the order number.
  2. Affix your own label (standard returns) using the address below.  For damaged or incorrect product, request a pre-paid return label.

     3.  Use appropriate carrier.

    What happens next?

    If the item was defective or the wrong product was shipped, we will ship out a replacement immediately.  For all other returns, we refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

    NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.  Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges. 


    We do not offer exchanges.  You can return your item(s), then place a new order for the item(s) you want.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
