All orders placed on lovebags.com ship from Costa Mesa, CA within 2 business days of your order date. Orders placed on a business day before 1:00 pm PST usually go out the same day. Depending on where you live in the US, your package will arrive within 3-10 days of the date it was shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information for your package. If for any reason your order is delayed or cancelled, you will receive a Cancelled Order Notification or Shipping Update email with instructions on how to proceed.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Due to shipping carrier delays, we are encouraging customers to place orders early this year to get gifts in time.
Standard Shipping: Order 12 days before Christmas
Expedited Shipping: Order by 12/20 at 12pm PST.
We apologize, but at this time, we do not offer international shipping other than to Canada. Check back for updates as we plan to change this soon!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on still.
