We hope you love your new LOVE Bag! But in case you don't, you have up to 30 days to get a refund.
RETURNS FOR STORE PURCHASES:
If you bought your LOVE Bag in a store, please return it to the store. Their return policy will apply.
RETURNS FOR ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE:
Return shipping is free if an item is damaged or the wrong product was sent, in which case we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. If you changed your mind and want a refund, you will be required to prepare the package/label and pay the shipping postage yourself. Send us an email at email@example.com and let us know what you would like to return. Please provide your order number.
Returns are simple. Just follow these steps:
- Box up your items with the original packaging if possible. Be sure to remove any existing labels from the packaging.
- Affix the pre-paid return label (for wrong/damaged items) or your own label (standard returns) to the package.
- Mail from the appropriate carrier.

What happens next?
If the item was defective or the wrong product was shipped, we will ship out a replacement immediately. For regular returns, we refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our prepaid shipping label, shipment is at your expense. Also, we don't refund original shipping and handling charges.
We do not do exchanges. You can return your item(s), then place a new order for the item(s) you want.
