Love this little gem of a bag... Difficult for a lunch sac but perfect for carrying ice and my insulin, two cold baby bottles, or snacks and water to the gym, etc...so many uses...just not good for lunch... IMO
Not the right size at all. When I send emails about it they ignore. When I write a review it is deleted.
